At Arabica Alchemy, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you receive a faulty or broken item, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  1. Faulty or Broken Items Only: We offer refunds only for items that are faulty or broken upon receipt. Refunds are not processed if you change your mind about your purchase or if you order the wrong size. If you believe your product is faulty or broken, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to initiate a refund.

  2. 30-Day Refund Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for a faulty or broken item. After 30 days, we will not be able to process any refunds.

  3. Non-Refundable Items: Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the faulty or broken item.

  2. Review Process: Our team will review your request and, if approved, process your refund without the need to return the item.

Refund Process:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed.

Important Notes:

  • Photographic Evidence: Clear photos of the faulty or broken item are required to process a refund.
  • Sale Items: Refunds are not applicable to items purchased on sale.
  • Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
